Scheduling Payments

You can schedule e-check payments to be sent automatically at a specific date and time.

When creating a new payment in the Payments section, select the Schedule option instead of sending the payment immediately. Once selected, additional fields will appear allowing you to choose the delivery date and time.

How scheduling works:

  • In Delivery Time input, select the date using the calendar.
  • Select the exact time from the time scroll.
  • Then choose AM or PM.

  • Click OK, then Save the payment.
    The payment will be sent automatically at the scheduled time.

       
      Important notes:
      • The email delivery time may slightly vary depending on the payee’s email provider. Scheduled payments are not guaranteed to arrive at the exact minute.
      • In the Payments list, you can view the scheduled send time in the Delivery Time column.
      • All scheduled payments follow your American time zone.
      • To view or change your time zone, go to Settings and update the Timezone field.
